We want you to be happy with your selections. If you are not satisfied with your items, they must be returned to us within ten (10) days of the shipping date. The shipping date is located on the invoice which is included in your order. In addition, the original invoice and the Return Form must be included in the return package. (We include a Return Form with each shipment for your convenience.) All items that are returned due to dissatisfaction, must not be worn, altered, or washed. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Clearance and sale items are final sales and cannot be returned.

We take great care to package all products so that you receive them in excellent form. If you receive a damaged item, you will need to contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item using our form on the Contact Us page. In your message, include a description of the damage to the item. The item must be shipped to us within 48 hours after our response to your message. We will refund your full amount including shipping providing the item has not been worn, altered, or washed.

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
